Personnel Department
The Human Resources / Personnel Unit comes under the jurisdiction of the Department of Administration. The unit is staffed by the Personnel Officer and a full-time assistant. The PHA currently employees a total of 147 staff members comprised of administrative and maintenance personnel.

The unit handles all human resource activities relating to personnel administration, personnel policy development and practices, employee training and labor relations.
The unit is also the liaison between the PHA and the State Department of Personnel in matters of appointments, promotions, demotions, dismissals, and disciplinary actions.
