At the PHA, our mission is to develop resources that Paterson's low-income communities need to move from poverty to self-sufficiency by collaborating with our network of community services providers and other public and private organizations. We are an extensively sized housing agency yet in spite of our size, I maintain an open door policy and I encourage all residents to share any concerns with me directly or through our Resident Council Meetings.
I would like to encourage you to be sure and visit the rest of our site. You will be able to learn more about our many programs and policies that effectively assist the greater Paterson community.
Again, thank you for visiting our web site. Should you have any questions to ask after viewing our site regarding a program or to communicate a concern, please feel free to send me an e-mail at IGorham@patersonhousingauthority.com and I would be most happy to help in any way possible. You can count on it.
Irma Gorham - Executive Director - Housing Authority of The City of Paterson
